Chicago Fire FC and Endeavor Health have announced an expanded, multiyear partnership agreement. Endeavor Health will become the naming rights partner of the Fire’s new $100 million training facility. This partnership aims to create a fully integrated sports performance environment supporting all levels of Chicago Fire soccer, from youth camps to the First Team.
The Endeavor Health Performance Center is set to open in January 2025 in the Roosevelt Square neighborhood on Chicago’s Near West Side. The facility will include five turf/grass fields, advanced performance equipment, hydro pools, and space for sports medicine monitoring. The center aims to provide top-tier medical and orthopedic care for Chicago Fire players.
Dave Baldwin, President of Business Operations at Chicago Fire FC, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership: “Endeavor Health has been an incredible partner to our Club, and we couldn’t be more excited to further our relationship and have our new state-of-the-art facility bear their name.”
Dr. Jason Koh, Chief Physician Executive at Endeavor Health Orthopaedic and Spine Institute and Chief Medical Officer at Chicago Fire FC, highlighted the benefits: “The Endeavor Health Performance Center will further enhance the care we provide to Fire team members with the best training and treatment facilities while also providing excellent resources and programming.”
In addition to serving as a premier training facility for various teams within Chicago Fire FC, including Chicago Fire II and the Academy teams, the center will also offer community engagement opportunities such as employment for local residents, resources for minority- and women-owned businesses, free sports programming for local youth, green spaces, and recreational areas.
Endeavor Health is also involved with other community initiatives like sponsoring the Fire Pitch indoor/outdoor soccer facility that serves over 300,000 visitors annually.
The collaboration between Chicago Fire FC and Endeavor Health began in 2023 when Endeavor Health became the Official Health System for the club. Dr. Jason Koh leads this effort as Director of EHOSI.
