City of Wheaton Board of Fire & Police Commissioners met July 10

Call to Order

At 5:31 p.m., Chair llIia called to order the regular meeting of the Board of Fire and Police Commissioners. The meeting was held in the Gamon Room at Wheaton City Hall, 303 W. Wesley St., Wheaton, Illinois. Upon roll call, the following were present: Chair Illia, Commissioner Cannova, Commissioner Vroman, and Commissioner Haines. Also present were Police Chief Youker, Deputy Chief Conway, Deputy Chief Gabryel, Police Lieutenant Potter, and Human Resources Director Schulz. Commissioner Wanzenberg was absent.

III. Approval of Minutes

Commissioner Vroman moved and Commissioner Cannova seconded the motion to approve the meeting minutes of June 6th, 2024

At 5:34 p, m., Commissioner Cannova moved, and Commissioner Vroman seconded the motion to move into closed session. The motion passed unanimously.

At 6:18 p.m., Commissioner Cannova moved, and Commissioner Haines seconded the motion to come out of closed session. The motion passed unanimously.

VII. Adjournment

At 6:20 p.m., Commissioner Cannova moved to adjourn the meeting. Commissioner Vroman seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
