The United States Eagles are preparing for their second match in the 2024 Pacific Nations Cup against Japan on Saturday. Head Coach Scott Lawrence aims to build on the momentum from their recent victory over Canada.

Lawrence has released a 23-man roster for the upcoming game, which includes two players from the Chicago Hounds. Luke Carty will play at flyhalf following his standout performance against Canada, marking his 20th international cap. Nate Augspurger, a Major League Rugby veteran, will start on the left wing and earn his 45th cap.

In addition to these starters, Bryce Campbell has been named to the traveling roster for the competition. Mark O’Keeffe is among the non-traveling reserves as he seeks his first test cap. Other Hounds players such as Dylan Fawsitt, Luke White, and Noah Brown were included in the wider player pool but are unavailable for this match.

The game will be broadcast live on Peacock at 5:05 AM.
