The Chicago Department of Water Management has announced that it will begin repairs on a water main serving the Beverly, Morgan Park, and Auburn Gresham neighborhoods this Saturday morning. The department aims to complete the repair without issuing a boil order.

Despite their efforts, the department is cautioning residents in these areas about the possibility of a boil order being necessary over the weekend. "We will continue to update residents as the work progresses via text alerts or calls," stated the department.
