CALL TO ORDER

The Foreign Fire Insurance Board Meeting of the Village of Rosemont was called to order at 9:55 a.m. on Monday, December 9, 2024, in the municipal building of the Village of Rosemont, located at 9501 Technology Blvd., Rosemont, IL.

ROLL CALL

In attendance: President J. Rivera, Treasurer D. Calmeyn, Secretary J. Balogh

QUORUM PRESENT

Others in attendance: Maria Pesavento

APPROVAL OF MINUTES

No prior minutes to approve.

PUBLIC COMMENT

No public comment.

NEW BUSINESS

a. Treasurer D. Calmeyn confirmed receipt of funds in the amount of $36,278.67. All funds were used for the benefit of the Rosemont Fire Department.

A motion was made by Secretary J. Balogh and seconded by Treasurer D. Calmeyn to approve the Treasurer's receipt and payment of funds. A vote on the motion was unanimous. MOTION CARRIED.

b. A motion was made by Treasurer D. Calmeyn and seconded by Secretary J. Balogh to elect the following people to the Foreign Fire Insurance Board for the year 2025: President J. Rivera, Treasurer M. Pesavento, and Secretary J. Balogh. A vote of the motion was unanimous. MOTION CARRIED.

ADJOURNMENT

There being no further business to discuss, a motion to adjourn was made by Secretary Balogh and seconded by Treasurer D. Calmeyn. A vote of the motion was unanimous.  MOTION CARRIED. Meeting adjourned at 9:57 am.
