2. Motion to approve and ratify the Village’s Insurance coverages for the period from January 3, 2025, through January 3, 2026, for General Liability, Employee Benefits Liability, Liquor Liability, Automobile Liability/Garage Keepers, Public Officials/Employment Practices Liability, Law Enforcement Liability, Auto Physical Damage, Excess Liability, Workers’ Compensation/Employers Liability, Cyber Liability, Fiduciary/Public Safety Of ficers Pension Board, Terrorism, Crime, and Pollution liability as recommended by Alliant at a cost of $1,244,536.00 (includes annual service fee).
3. Motion to approve and ratify a service agreement between the Village of Rosemont and PACE for the Route 811 Rosemont Entertainment Circulator.
4. Motion to approve an engineering contact with Walker Consultants for construction docu ments, bidding, construction engineering services and load test verification for the installa tion of fall protection and façade access anchorage for three Entertainment District towers in the amount of $33,400.00.
5. Motion to approve the purchase of 1,576 subscriptions from the Journal & Topics Media Group for the years 2025 and 2026 at the wholesale rate of $27.01 per subscription per year for a total two-year cost of $85,135.52.
6. Motion to approve a proposal from Sound Incorporated to provide a certified technician Two (2) days a week of labor for fifty (50) weeks for the Village’s camera surveillance system at the cost of $104,900.00.
7. Motion to approve a proposal from K.D. Tuckpointing Inc. for tuckpointing and caulking services for the buildings located at 10021, 10019, 10010, 10014, 10018, 10024,10197, 10195, and 10199 Higgins Road at the total cost of $166,700.00.
8. Motion to approve a proposal from Nationwide Environmental & Demo, LLC.to perform asbestos abatement work for 6 units and a stairway corridor for the building located at 10071 Higgins Road at the cost of $116,000.00.
9. Motion to approve a proposal from Site One for the purchase of flowers in the total amount of $144,836.00.
10. Motion to approve Ordinance 2025-1-13, an Ordinance amending section 4-2-1 of the Vil lage’s Code of Ordinances to amend the definition of “drink.”
11. Motion to approve Ordinance 2025-1-13A, an Ordinance making appropriations for the Vil lage of Rosemont’s 2025 fiscal year.
12. Motion to approve Ordinance 2025-1-13B, an ordinance authorizing the sale or disposal of a surplus vehicle.

2. Motion to approve Ordinance 2025-1-13D, an Ordinance authorizing the execution of a Restated Parking Agreements for portions of TIF 8 with BRE Pearl Street 1, LLC related to Carmine’s restaurant and BRE Pearl Street 2, LLC related to Truluck’s restaurant.
