Chicago Fire FC has introduced its 2025 Secondary Kit, named the "Municipal Kit," in collaboration with MLS and adidas. The kit is now available for purchase on MLSstore.com and at the Fire Pitch, with availability at Soldier Field starting March 1 during the club's home opener against D.C. United.

The design of the "Municipal Kit" honors Chicago by featuring a pattern inspired by the city's Municipal Device symbol, which represents the branches of the Chicago River. The blue colors symbolize the city's waterways. A notable feature is a jock tag signoff displaying "312," representing Chicago's area code where Chicago Fire FC trains and plays.

As part of Major League Soccer’s 30th season celebration, an Apple TV patch on players' kits will be customized for each club to reflect their identity. For Chicago Fire FC, this includes colors like Fire Red, White, and Chicago Flag Blue, along with a six-pointed red star associated with Chicago.

To mark the local launch, a community event will be held at Saturdays Football in Wicker Park on February 15. This event will feature interactive activities, appearances from local artists and vendors such as Monday Coffee Co., Revolution Brewing, Lou Malnati's pizza, live music sets from KOZ and others, as well as giveaways including signed kits and tickets to future matches.

The new kit is also part of limited-edition merchandise created in partnership between Chicago Fire FC and Saturdays Football that reflects elements of both brands and Chicago culture.

Chicago's regular season begins away against Columbus Crew on February 22 before hosting D.C. United on March 1 at Soldier Field. Tickets are available starting at $29 through Ticketmaster or by calling 888-MLS-FIRE.
