Chicago Fire FC has announced the loan of goalkeeper Bryan Dowd to FC Tulsa for the 2025 season. FC Tulsa, based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, competes in the USL Championship.
Dowd, who is 22 years old, was selected by Chicago Fire as the sixth overall pick in the MLS SuperDraft 2024. Last year, he was loaned to Huntsville City FC, which is Nashville SC’s MLS NEXT Pro side. During his time with Huntsville City FC, Dowd played full matches in all seven games he participated in.
Before joining Chicago Fire, Dowd was instrumental in leading the Notre Dame Men’s Soccer Team to the 2023 NCAA Men’s Soccer Championship match. In that tournament, he allowed only one goal.
