Chicago Fire FC is set to continue its road trip with a match against Toronto FC at BMO Field in Toronto, Ontario. The game is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. CT and will be available on MLS Season Pass on Apple TV, as well as locally broadcasted in English on wlsam.com and in Spanish on Que Buena 105.1 FM via the Uforia App.

Gregg Berhalter, Chicago Fire's Director of Football and Head Coach, has announced the starting lineup for the match against Toronto FC. Two changes have been made from the team that secured a 3-1 victory over FC Dallas last Saturday in Frisco, Texas.

Philip Zinckernagel returns to the lineup after recovering from an injury. The Danish winger will play on the right wing alongside forward Hugo Cuypers and left winger Jonathan Bamba. Mauricio Pineda makes his first start of the season in midfield after appearing as a substitute in every match so far this year. He will join fellow Homegrowns Brian Gutiérrez and Sergio Oregel, Jr. in central midfield.

Goalkeeper Chris Brady will make his fourth start of the season following a strong performance against FC Dallas, marking his 32nd consecutive start with Chicago Fire. Jack Elliott will serve as captain for the first time with Chicago Fire and will partner with Sam Rogers in defense for their third consecutive game together this season.

Andrew Gutman, who recently scored his first goal of the season, will play at left back opposite Jonathan Dean at right back. Several players are unavailable due to injuries or other reasons: Carlos Terán, Chase Gasper, Kellyn Acosta, Dylan Borso, Rominigue Kouamé, David Poreba (all lower body injuries), and Chris Mueller (not due to injury).

The bench includes goalkeeper Jeff Gal; defenders Leonardo Barroso, Omar González, Christopher Cupps; midfielders Maren Haile-Selassie, Omari Glasgow, Harold Osorio and Sam Williams; and forward Tom Barlow.
