On Friday, March 21, former Saint Ignatius College Prep standout AJ Redd’s current collegiate team the Illinois Fighting Illini won 86-73 against the Xavier Musketeers in the NCAA Division I Basketball Championship Tournament.

Hosted in Fiserv Forum, this was the first game against the Xavier Musketeers during the championship.

The Illinois Fighting Illini’s next game will take place on Sunday, March 23 at 4:15 p.m. in Fiserv Forum against Kentucky Wildcats.

AJ Redd’s hometown is Chicago and game position is guard.
