Chicago Fire FC II is gearing up to face FC Cincinnati 2 on Sunday, March 30, at the NKU Soccer Stadium. The match is set for 3 p.m. CT and can be watched via MLS Season Pass on Apple TV.

Coming off a bye week, Chicago Fire FC II aims to build on its 1-0 triumph over Toronto FC II earlier this month. Their last game saw Bryce Richards score in the 83rd minute, securing Chicago's first victory of 2025.

Meanwhile, FC Cincinnati 2 is seeking its first win and goal of the regular season. Their recent match ended in a 0-0 draw against New York Pancyrian Freedoms, followed by a 5-4 defeat in the penalty shootout.

Historically, Chicago has a 4-1-3-1 record against Cincinnati, with a notable performance at NKU Soccer Stadium. Richards' goal against Toronto marked his first in MLS NEXT Pro in the 83rd minute via a cross from Peter Soudan.

Midfielder Claudio Cassano has been a frequent target of fouls this season. He has suffered six fouls, representing a quarter of the team's total. Defender Olu Oyegunle played 45 minutes during Chicago's victory over Toronto, marking his debut.

Goalkeeper Patrick Los delivered a strong performance against Toronto FC II, achieving his first clean sheet of the year and fifth overall for Chicago Fire II. A recent call-up to the U.S. U-18 National Team saw Los start against Norway, contributing to a 4-3 victory.
