Chicago Fire FC has announced the launch of its 2025 Commemorative Jersey Auction, with proceeds going to the Chicago Fire Foundation’s P.L.A.Y.S. Program. The jerseys, featuring limited-edition numbers designed by youth participants in the program, will be worn during the club's Family Day match against Atlanta United on May 10.

The design of these jerseys is inspired by over 1,400 students who participate annually in the P.L.A.Y.S. Program. Students contributed drawings depicting what Chicago Fire and soccer mean to them, which were then used to create unique nameplates and numbers for the players' jerseys.

The auction began today at 3:00 p.m. CT and will conclude at halftime during the May 10 match. Fans can place bids online or via text message, as well as in-person at Soldier Field on match day. Winning bidders attending the game can have their jersey signed by a player after the match; those not present will receive their autographed jersey by mail.

Proceeds from this auction support the P.L.A.Y.S. Program, which aims to enhance academic performance and social-emotional skills among elementary school students through a sports-based curriculum. This program serves more than 1,400 youth each year.

In addition to bidding on jerseys, fans can purchase a limited-edition "Chicago Fire Foundation T-Shirt" available at Soldier Field's South Courtyard store. Proceeds from these sales also benefit the P.L.A.Y.S. Program.

Tickets for the May 10 match start at $29 and are available through Ticketmaster or by calling 888-MLS-FIRE. The game kicks off at 1:30 p.m. CT and will be broadcast globally on MLS Season Pass on Apple TV and locally via wlsam.com (English) and Que Buena 105.1 (Spanish).
