OLD BUSINESS

A. 103 School St: Scott Watts progress report.

Discuss/Possible Action: Ongoing Municipal building repairs.

Action: North wall tuckpointing and metal cap over windows have been completed. Final bill $1,140.78 over B.

1. original approval of $22,000.

2. Ameren contacted twice to quote upgrading lighting to ballast free LED lights. C. Discuss/Possible Action: We are completing a bid package to have both gas and diesel tanks decommissioned. Also looking into EPA L.U.S.T Trust Fund to offset costs. (Leaking Underground Storage Tank)

NEW BUSINESS

A. Discuss/Possible Action: Allocate the $4000 raised for Mustache March as follows: $3550 for 4new Police laptops & $450 to purchase Sinclair gift cards to provide Thanksgiving dinner to 3 families. (RC)

B. Discuss/Possible Action: Send Clerk to SWIMCA day class in South Roxana November 20th, Course expenses not to exceed $60. (RC)

C. Action: Permission to create bank account for USDA-RD water project. (RC)

D. Discuss/Possible Action: Approve writing off debt from 8 water accounts totaling $904.83. (RC)

E. Discuss/Possible Action: Approve office assistant to get her Notary License at a cost of $95. Cost includes course, bond, insurance, stamp & journal. (RC) F. Discuss/Possible Action: Approve ordinance to pay Mayor monthly by the end of the month and discuss business hours. (RC) G. Discuss/Possible Action: Approve spending up to $650 for Senior Social Christmas Dinner. (RC)
