A. Motion to authorize the Finance Department to execute a professional services agreement with MGT Impact Solutions for the purpose of continuing professional services for an amount not to exceed $82,000.00 and for a time period not to extend beyond May 29, 2026. 7. New Business

A. Motion to recommend that the City Council Determine the Proposed Aggregate Tax Levy for Tax Year 2025 in the amount of $34,581,683.00 and the total levy of $37,270,341.00 (inclusive of debt service)

B. Resolution approving reimbursement from proceeds of bonds for expenditures for certain extraordinary working capital items for an amount not to exceed $10,500,000.

C. Ordinance increasing the number of Class E Restaurant Liquor Licenses by one for Taqueria El Primo - 1020 Washington St.
