Friends of Thomas Malesh owes $1,250 in fines

The campaign committee Friends of Thomas Malesh owes a $150 fine imposed on Aug. 28, 2015, according to Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

A detailed look reveals the committee owes additional outstanding fines totaling $1,100 with Thomas M. Malesh listed as the responsible officer.

ISBE Records dating back to 2003 show 143 area campaign committees owe a combined total of $863,080 in pending fines.
