Join us as the City of Rock Island kicks off the H.O.M.E. Program.
Come meet with city staff, lenders and homebuilders to learn how to acquire a $5.00 lot and build your new home.
This program is open to anyone who wants to build a home in Rock Island. There are no income restrictions on this program.
