Grilled meats, signature cocktails and a charity auction are highlights of Kyle Schwarber’s Second Annual Block Party to honor the city’s first responders on Sunday.
Schwarber is not only a Chicago Cubs outfielder, he's also the son of two longtime police officers (his father received accolades as a police chief). Join him as he celebrates the dedication of firefighters, policemen and others serving on the front lines – and their families.
Lawn games, live music, and special guests including Chicago Cubs teammates and first responders are part of the event supporting Schwarber’s Neighborhood Heroes campaign.

“Your support will help provide resources to improve the quality of life for first responders through education, essential tools and experiences in their efforts to better serve their communities,” a press release from the Chicago Cubs stated.
The event will be held from 6 to 10 p.m. at the Revel Fulton Market, 1215 W. Fulton Market.
