How did JB Pritzker spend campaign funds in the first quarter?

Democratic JB Pritzker's election campaign committee, JB for Governor, spent $33,016,712 in the first quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Pritzker's committee spent the most on media expenses in the quarter, with 70.4% of this total ($15,849,352) going to Shorr, Johnson, Magnus Strategic Media in Philadelphia. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Pritzker's committee spent its money in the first quarter.
