Chicago alderman candidate Milagres"Milly" Santiago returns $3,900 contribution from Macon Construction, Inc

The campaign committee of Chicago alderman candidate Milagres"Milly" Santiago, Friends of Milly Santiago, returned a $3,900 contribution from Macon Construction, Inc on Jan. 15, according to the Illinois State Board of Elections.

Candidates sometimes refuse or return contributions because they do not want their campaign to be affiliated with the donor. Macon Construction, Inc has not made any other contributions to Milagres"Milly" Santiago in the past 12 months.
