assessor candidate Joseph Berrios returns $250 contribution from Midwest Appraisal Company

The campaign committee of assessor candidate Joseph Berrios, Committee to Elect Joseph Berrios Assessor, returned a $250 contribution from Midwest Appraisal Company on April 17, according to the Illinois State Board of Elections.

Candidates sometimes refuse or return contributions because they do not want their campaign to be affiliated with the donor. Midwest Appraisal Company has not made any other contributions to Joseph Berrios in the past 12 months.
