Chicago water reclamation district candidate Barbara J McGowan returns $100 contribution from Barbara McGowan

The campaign committee of Chicago water reclamation district candidate Barbara J McGowan, Friends of Barbara McGowan, returned a $100 contribution from Barbara McGowan on Jan. 7, according to the Illinois State Board of Elections.

Candidates sometimes refuse or return contributions because they do not want their campaign to be affiliated with the donor. McGowan has not made any other contributions to Barbara J McGowan in the past 12 months.
