Mayfair home prices fall in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Mayfair, a Chicago neighborhood, fell by $25,500 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $300,000 - a 7.8% decrease over the $325,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Mayfair in March 2016.
