Englewood home prices rise in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Englewood, a Chicago neighborhood, rose by $9,500 while total sales increased by 9.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 34 homes sold, with a median sale price of $29,500 - a 47.5% increase over the $20,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 31 homes sold in Englewood in March 2016.
