Ukrainian Village home prices rise in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Ukrainian Village, a Chicago neighborhood, rose by $64,000 while total sales decreased by 27.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were 31 homes sold, with a median sale price of $545,000 - a 13.3% increase over the $481,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 43 homes sold in Ukrainian Village in April 2016.
