Bucktown home prices fall in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Bucktown, a Chicago neighborhood, fell by $115,000 while total sales decreased by 22.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $440,000 - a 20.7% decrease over the $555,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 35 homes sold in Bucktown in April 2016.
