North Mayfair home prices fall in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in North Mayfair, a Chicago neighborhood, fell by $52,500 while total sales increased by 166.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $317,500 - a 14.2% decrease over the $370,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in North Mayfair in April 2016.
