Mayfair home prices fall in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Mayfair, a Chicago neighborhood, fell by $54,000 while total sales decreased by 23.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $280,000 - a 16.2% decrease over the $334,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Mayfair in April 2016.
