Kenwood home prices rise in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Kenwood, a Chicago neighborhood, rose by $32,000 while total sales increased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $263,000 - a 13.9% increase over the $231,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Kenwood in April 2016.
