Heart of Chicago home prices fall in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Heart of Chicago, a Chicago neighborhood, fell by $13,000 while total sales remained unchanged with six homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $145,000 - a 8.2% decrease over the $158,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Heart of Chicago in April 2016, as well.
