Little Village home prices rise in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Little Village, a Chicago neighborhood, rose by $6,250 while total sales increased by 5.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $75,000 - a 9.1% increase over the $68,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Little Village in April 2016.
