Woodlawn home prices rise in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Woodlawn, a Chicago neighborhood, rose by $71,000 while total sales decreased by 4.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $191,000 - a 59.2% increase over the $120,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in Woodlawn in April 2018.
