The following action was taken on March 5 in the House on House bill HB3766 ("$fy20 niu oce"): "Assigned to Appropriations-Higher Education Committee."

The bill, as it was introduced in the House by Rep. Gregory Harris (D-13) on Feb. 22, "makes appropriations for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Board of Trustees of Northern Illinois University for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2019, as follows: General Funds $87,804,400; Other State Funds $36,000; Total $87,840,400," according to the General Assembly website.
