Chicago Area Gay And Lesbian Chamber Of Commerce issued the following announcement on Sept. 5.
With the celebration of the 50th Anniversary of Stonewall, we saw a increase in corporate companies celebrating Pride in 2019. While this support was greatly welcomed, true LGBTQ+ engagement and celebration must be 365 days out of the year. Our panelists will share insights on ways your company can be a better ally to the LGBTQ+ community beyond Pride month and Pride month activities.
This exciting conversation will be moderated by:
Channyn Lynn Parker (Manger of External Relations, Howard Brown Health)
and will feature four dynamic panelists:
Michael Nordman (Community Affairs Manager, MillerCoors), Elizabeth Okey (Community Impact Manager, Wintrust Bank), Bernadette Smith (CEO, Equality Institute
