Noble Square home prices rise in June 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2019 in Noble Square, a Chicago neighborhood, rose by $40,000 while total sales decreased by 43.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2019, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $520,000 - a 8.3% increase over the $480,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Noble Square in June 2018.

The median sales tax in Noble Square for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $8,548, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for June 2019.
