Narrative: The above offender was arrested by members of the Chicago Police Department and the Great Lakes Regional Fugitive Task Force on October 3, 2022, in the 300 block of W. Ohio. He was identified as the offender who fatally shot two victims, a 29-year-old male and a 30-year-old male, on September 25, 2022, in the 1300 block of S. Harding. The offender was placed into custody and charged accordingly.
