Falcon’s Handcrafted Sandwiches Opens on Lawrence Avenue | Greater Ravenswood Chamber of Commerce
There’s a new family-owned and operated restaurant in Ravenswood! On Thursday, December 15, Falcon’s Handcrafted Sandwiches celebrated their grand opening at 1968 W Lawrence Ave.
Located in the former Chez Simo Bistro space, Falcon’s focuses on hot handhelds served with homemade fries, tasty pastas, chicken entrees and wings, and a rotating Soup of the Day. Their Kids Menu is perfect for pleasing everyone in the family, featuring classics like chicken fingers, hot dogs, and mac & cheese. For dessert, you’ll have a hard time choosing from a selection of gelatos, milk shakes, sorbet, and other treats.
Neighbors can also get excited about having a new breakfast/brunch option, as Falcon’s will open early on the weekend’s to host a Breakfast Buffet. From 8 AM to 2 PM, guests can enjoy morning favorites like pancakes, French toast, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, roasted potatoes, fresh fruit, and custom omelettes.
At Falcon’s Grand Opening, owners Oscar and Veronica Hernandez were joined for a ribbon cutting ceremony by representatives from the Greater Ravenswood Chamber of Commerce and Ravenswood Community Council, as well as family and friends.
