Narrative: The above offender was arrested on January 26, 2023, in the 1100 block of S. Hamlin. He was identified as one of the offenders who, on December 26, 2022, robbed a 20-year-old male victim at gunpoint in the 9000 block of S. Langley (6th District). The offender then forced the victim to go to multiple ATMs before forcing the victim from his vehicle and fleeing. The offender was placed into custody and charged accordingly.
