Narrative: The above offender was arrested by the Chicago Police Department on February 3, 2023 in the 1300 block of S, Harding Ave. He was positively identified as the offender who, on December 20, 2020 at approximately 1:35 a.m., fatally shot a 22-year-old female victim in the 700 block of S. Independence Blvd. (11th District). The offender was placed into custody and charged accordingly.
