On Sunday, February 4, former Thornton Township High School standout, Ty Rodgers’ current college team, the Illinois Fighting Illini, won 87-84 in their NCAA D1 game against the Nebraska Cornhuskers.

The game took place in Champaign, Illinois. This was the first matchup against the Nebraska Cornhuskers this season.
