On Friday, February 9, former Pebble Hills High School standout Yazzy Avila’s current college team, the Illinois Fighting Illini, lost 6-4 in their NCAA Division I game against the Belmont Bruins.

The game took place in Auburn, Alabama. This was their first matchup against the Belmont Bruins this season.
