On Friday, February 23, former Northpointe Christian High School standout Gabe Helder’s current college team, the Illinois Fighting Illini, lost 17-9 in their NCAA Division I game against the Coastal Carolina Chanticleers.

The game took place in Conway, South Carolina. This was their first matchup against the Coastal Carolina Chanticleers this season.
