Chicago Fire FC II midfielder Harold Osorio has been selected to join the El Salvador National Team for two FIFA World Cup qualifying matches and the 2025 Concacaf Gold Cup.

He gained playing time against Martinique and Panama during the group stage of that tournament. Osorio has earned eight senior national team caps since debuting as an 18-year-old in a match against Costa Rica on August 22, 2021.

El Salvador will begin its World Cup qualifying campaign against Anguilla at Raymond E. Guishard Technical Center on June 7. The match is scheduled for 2 p.m. CT. Following this, they will face Suriname at Estadio Cuscatlán in San Salvador on June 10 at 8 p.m. CT.

In the United States, El Salvador is placed in Group B alongside Canada, Curaçao, and Honduras for the Gold Cup. Their group stage matches start with a game against Curaçao at Paypal Park in San Jose on June 17 at 7:15 p.m. CT. They will then play Honduras on June 21 at Shell Energy Stadium in Houston at 9 p.m. CT and conclude their group stage against Canada at Shell Energy Stadium on June 24 at 9 p.m. CT.
