Chicago Fire FC and U.S. Soccer have announced that Chris Brady, a homegrown goalkeeper, has been selected by U.S. Men's National Team head coach Mauricio Pochettino for the 26-player roster set to compete in the 2025 Concacaf Gold Cup.

Brady is among five players receiving their first call-ups to Pochettino's June training camp, alongside Sebastian Berhalter, Damion Downs, Alex Freeman, and Quinn Sullivan. Brady has represented the U.S. at various youth levels and most recently joined the U-23 USMNT for an international training camp in March 2024, where he played a full match and earned a shutout against Guinea.

The 21-year-old signed his first team contract with Chicago Fire FC in March 2020 as a homegrown player. Since then, he has accumulated significant playing time with the club, starting all 78 matches he has participated in and recording 253 saves and 13 clean sheets.

Brady played a crucial role in helping the U.S. qualify for the 2024 Olympic Games during the Concacaf U-20 Championship in July 2022. He was awarded the Golden Glove as the tournament's best goalkeeper after maintaining four consecutive shutouts in the knockout stage.

The USMNT assembled in Chicago on June 1 before traveling to face Türkiye on June 7 at Pratt & Whitney Stadium at Rentschler Field in East Hartford, Connecticut. The match will be broadcast live on multiple platforms including TNT and Telemundo Deportes. Following this, they will host Switzerland on June 10 at GEODIS Park in Nashville, Tennessee.

In Group D of the Gold Cup, the USMNT will play Trinidad and Tobago on June 15 at PayPal Park in San Jose, California; Saudi Arabia on June 19 at Q2 Stadium in Austin, Texas; and conclude against Haiti on June 23 at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.
