The WNBA has announced that Angel Reese, a forward for the Chicago Sky, has been selected for the 2025 AT&T WNBA All-Star Game. This will be Reese's second appearance at the All-Star event, following her debut in 2024 as the fourth rookie in Sky history to achieve this honor. The game is scheduled for July 19 at Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis and will be broadcast on ABC.

Reese has been performing impressively this season, averaging 12.4 points and leading the league with 12.6 rebounds per game. Her contributions also include 3.8 assists, 1.8 steals, and 0.6 blocks per game. Over her last nine games, these numbers have increased to an average of 15 points, 12.8 rebounds, and nearly five assists per game.

She ranks fifth in steals per game across the league and first in rebounds. Notably, she made history by becoming the first player to record four consecutive games with at least 15 rebounds from June 22-29.

On June 15, Reese achieved her first career triple-double with a performance of 11 points, 13 rebounds, and 11 assists against Connecticut. This accomplishment made her only the second-youngest player to do so in league history and just the fourth player from Chicago Sky to achieve a triple-double.

In another standout performance on June 29 against Los Angeles, Reese recorded a stat line of 24 points, 16 rebounds, and seven assists—a feat previously accomplished by only three other players: Tina Thompson, Lisa Leslie, and Candace Parker.

Reese's efforts have also placed her among Chicago Sky's all-time franchise leaders in rebounding statistics. She surpassed Stefanie Dolson for tenth place on their all-time rebounding list with a total of 647 career rebounds after their June 29 game. Additionally, she entered the top five for offensive rebounds on June 27 against Golden State.
