Deborah Lahey, President of Museums in the Parks and President of the Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum addressed the Commissioners.

Recognition of the upcoming PAC Appreciation Month, PAC partnerships and a 35 year Old PAC (Jackson Park)
Kimberly DuBuclet, Director of Legislative and Governmental affairs addredded the Commissioners and introduced the Jackson Park Advisory Council.
18-3114- Recognition of four athletes who participated in the Chicago Park District swim club and won the state, zone, and regional championship.
Eric Fischer addressed the Board in recognition of the swim club and four athletes.

President Ruiz announced that the discussion in closed session included the recommendation to seek athority to move forward with the acquisition of property & its associated documents to aquire 17 acres at 48th & Western for the District
Commissioner Koldyke Made a motion to approve the matter and was seconded by Commissioner Edwards. the motion prevailed with a majority vote.
