Near West Side home prices rise in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Near West Side, a Chicago neighborhood, rose by $86,500 while total sales increased by 21.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were 46 homes sold, with a median sale price of $399,000 - a 27.7% increase over the $312,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 38 homes sold in Near West Side in April 2016.
