South Chicago home prices fall in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in South Chicago, a Chicago neighborhood, fell by $17,500 while total sales decreased by 13%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $57,500 - a 23.3% decrease over the $75,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in South Chicago in April 2016.
