Dearborn Denim & Apparel seeks support for its $1.6 million acquisition and redevelopment of a facility in Austin. This location now serves as the company's headquarters and main manufacturing plant. The incentive, worth $1.08 million over 12 years, would help create 10 full-time positions.
Testa Properties LLC intends to use a renewal of the 6(b) incentive for recent and planned improvements totaling $26 million at its New City produce facility. This includes expanding warehouse freezer and dry food storage operations. The incentive is valued at $2.8 million over 12 years and aims to create 25 full-time jobs.
Jonchris LLC plans up to $2.4 million in capital improvements at a vacant warehouse in Dunning with an expected creation of between 25 and 75 full-time jobs once fully leased. The incentive is valued at $1.5 million over the same period.
Topweb LLC will utilize the renewal for $1 million in enhancements at its Jefferson Park printing facility, which has seen more than $30 million invested since 2013. Valued at $1.3 million over 12 years, this initiative is projected to generate five full-time jobs.
