The Chicago Board of Ethics has found several lobbyists in violation for not submitting their required second quarter activity reports. The individuals cited are Frank Bosco, Timothy King, Kevin Mendoza, Mariana Thomas, Christoph Vancompernolle, Eric Wilberg, and Kimberly Williams.

According to the board's findings, these lobbyists did not comply with the mandated reporting schedule. As a result, fines have been assessed against each individual for failing to file the necessary documentation within the designated period.

"Board Finds Lobbyists in Violation for Failing to File Second Quarter Activity Reports as Required, and Assesses Fines," the board stated.

The City of Chicago requires registered lobbyists to submit quarterly reports detailing their activities and contacts with city officials. Failure to meet these requirements can result in financial penalties or further disciplinary action by the Board of Ethics.

The board continues to enforce compliance among all registered lobbyists to maintain transparency and accountability within city government operations.
